Position Summary:

Our development organization increased the scale and changing organization framework with increasing service scale.

However, our processes and rules are not catching up this increasing speed. So, we have to improve them drastically and promptly.

Our "Development Process Kaizen section" is breaking down this current situation and we support development unit to get the best performance in the aspects of development process.

Our action can change thousand of developer's productivity scenically. Why don't you reform with us?

Sample of our project

・ Integrate / abolish the development tools, Globalize development tools
・ Improve development budget planning process
・ Introduce to evaluate outsorcing company
・ Integrate / automate the report of development unit KPI
・ Taking over / outsource regular operation tasks



This position will be responsible for the followings in process improvement initiatives in DU.

・ Find issues
・ Define solutions
・ Create execution plan
・ Execute process improvement

In addition, collaborate with non-DU departments to enhance efficiency in the company.


Minimum Qualifications:

・ Strong ability to convince/communicate with executives and stakeholders

・ Experience in process improvements (plan and execute)

Preferred Qualifications:

・ System development experience, or work in IT company in the past

・ Project management experience

・ Consulting experience

・ Experience to work (or study) in global

Language Level:

・ English: Business Level

・ Japanese: Not required

・ TOEIC: Have TOEIC score over 800
