OSI7階層を理解している、TCP/IPの基礎知識がある、LinuxやActive Directory知識がある、仮想環境について知識がある、スクリプトが書ける、PaaS/IaaS/SaaSの区別を説明できる、CPU/Memory/Storageにつ いて基本的な知識がある方等を求めております。

An IT Manager effectively influences and facilitates the participation of indirect stakeholders. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, staffing and controlling the people, processes, procedures, information services and other company assets that are deployed in support of a specific Information Technology function. An IT Manager will set goals and conduct performance reviews for staff annually.

Job description:
- Manage technical, administrative and supervisory staff for one IT function; set goals and conduct performance reviews for direct reports
- Work closely with IT and Business leaders to assess the technical feasibility, cost and resource requirements for proposed business initiatives and IT projects
- Lead, collaborate and influence business leaders to devise or modify processes and procedures to achieve desired results
- Lead IT teams delivering quality, on-time, on-budget projects
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction for IT support and deliverables
- Presentation/ interaction with Senior IT and Business leaders


- 10 Years experience in IT showing increased levels of responsibility
- 3 years of leadership experience setting priorities and driving results
- 3 years of experience leading or participating in cross functional projects and teams
- Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science preferred)

- Strong planning and organization skills
- Ability to work with peers and influence people to accomplish goals
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Japanese language skill and Business level English skill

- Experience developing SOX procedures and ensuring compliance preferred
