Job Description


Looking for L2 Service Desk Analyst who will work in a busy environment supporting sites in Sydney and Melbourne as well as troubleshooting in-house software, hardware/ networking, peripherals and internet/infrastructure issues covering:

  • Windows 7/10
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policies
  • Exchange 2010
  • ServiceNow ticketing
  • Thin Client / virtual machines support
  • SharePoint
  • Lync 2010/2013
  • Printers and other peripherals
  • Smart devices
  • MS Office and custom applications

You will also be trained in the skills to support fast-paced Tradefloor IT operations

Key Responsibilities -

  • Provide great customer service
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate when required
  • Manage Desktop tickets
  • Deploy desktops, laptops and peripheral devices
