The company is a major foreign IT company that supports Tokyo Olympic/Paralympic 2020.

The company is looking for a Manager of Training and Operations Staffing
Duration: immediate start, until Sep 2020

Job Description:
- Responsible to manage operations of operational staffing activities
- Responsible to manage Technology operational training project
- Responsible to support operational policies and procedure project
- Responsible to support management of Technology Rehearsal project

Responsibilities (Abbr.):
- Operational staffing activities
- Technology operational training project
- Support Operational Policies and Procedures (PnP) project
- Drive the Technology Rehearsal Project
- Undertake any other specific task allocated by the Core Operations Manager
- Escalate issues to the Core Operations Manager

All these tasks should focus on:
- Provide high quality and excellent content training/communication
- Ensuring the full success of the Games Operations.
- Reusing, as often as possible, existing material and procedures from previous Olympic Games

Monthly salary: 666,666 (Including 52 hours over time per month)

Requirements

Requirement:
- Previous experience in training and staffing (preferably with IT background)
- Previous experience as a team leader / project manager with members to manage, deliverables to deliver in pre-defined timeline
- Experience or interests, in administrative data processing using MS Office software
- Experience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

- Fluent or native in English and Business /Fluent level in Japanese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills

- Good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
