外資系ITサービスプロバイダーが、Change Managementプロジェクトの Communications Leadを募集しております。


  1. Working as part of a programs global Change Management Office (CMO), the role will be accountable for the development and execution of the global Communications strategy
  2. The role will provide communications strategy and governance oversight to regional communications leads
  3. The role will also be accountable for delivering and executing the communication strategy within the Japan geography (including Japan, China & Vietnam)

More generally the role responsibilities may include but are not limited to

· Develop global communications strategy to support large scale transformation & business transition programs
· Create and lead strategic internal communication strategy to motivate, engage and empower employees globally
· Serve as a consultant for executive team and key leaders during times of growth and change
· Work in partnership with our global HR/people team to roll out employee programs
· Drive the creation of strategic communications; e.g. town hall decks, announcements, newsletter content, video scripts - ensuring that they reflect our global messaging
· Keep a finger on the pulse of employee sentiment worldwide and apply effective communication strategies to strengthen engagement
· Bring best in class tools and creative ideas to the table to help us shape our internal narrative
· Oversee and manage content on our company intranet
· Ensure we are reinforcing company values across all communication touchpoints
· Managing Culture & Workforce Transformations
· Development of Stakeholder Engagement / Change Network Creation and Execution



· HR/Talent and Organizational Change Management skills
· Business Development Experience including proposal writing and solution development
· HR Merger and Acquisition/Divestiture Experience
· Project management experience, including project plan development and tracking
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Excellent leadership and management skills
· Ability to develop trusted client relationships with C-Level to individual contributors
· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
· Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
· Proven experience in business development and/or proposal development in support of related specialty areas including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.
· New Solution Design
· Experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagements
