The company is a global IT service company looking for a Japanese Native or fluent Japanese speaker for a Network Voice Admin (L3) for a Healthcare industry.

Job Description:

Primary Skills:

  1. Expert knowledge on Avaya IPT voice infrastructure Networking and inter related components (Avaya CM, SM, SMGR, CMM, AAM, CMS, AES, SBC & EMC) with Level 2 or Level 3 skills
  2. Good Knowledge and experience on voice mail, Avaya contact center systems infrastructure setup implementation and management
  3. Design and architecting skills - Efficient designing and planning of new technologies and driving the implementation.
  4. Good Knowledge of Cisco/Nortel and legacy PBX would be added advantage
  5. Expertise on Contact Center Call routing, IVR and voice Performance management.
  6. Good knowledge on ITIL processes, process flows & definitions
  7. Experience in managing international customers and large resource base in onshore and offshore
  8. Good problem analysis, Negotiation, Communication and presentation skill
  9. Experience with basic network troubleshooting of router, switches, TCP/IP
  10. Knowledge of OSI layer, QoS with basic configuration in switches


  1. Escalations and Vendor management handling skills
  2. Skills on Template creation, presentation and documentation
  3. Skills on Network management tools implementation
  4. knowledge on Project management for assisting all Infrastructure Projects
  5. Japanese language proficiency Reading/writing/Speaking.
