Job Description


IT Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining & administering the Desktop / Laptop / Mobile & Network equipments within Client’s Region specific Offices, Branch offices & Stores.

  • IT Support Engineer or EUC Support Technician
  • Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware
  • Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations and network issues in a heterogeneous environment
  • Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects
  • Ability to triage, diagnose and remediate issues relavant to End point devices comprising Mobile, tablets, iPads, POS, Tills, HHT & PDAs
  • May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications


  • • 1 or 2 yrs experience with Windows administration
  • • Familiar with Microsoft Office 2007/10 with Outlook in an Exchange environment
  • • Basic understanding of networking
  • • ITIL Certified (Foundation)
  • • Good English & Native language skills (verbal as well as written) Roles will include:
  • • Communicate with employees personally or phone/chat and email
  • • Perform software installations
  • • Troubleshoot computer problems
  • • Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.) • Advise users on appropriate action
  • • Document resolutions for future reference
  • • Link calls to known issues
