外資系大手認証機関が、ジュニアレベルのIT ヘルプデスクエンジニア を募集しております。
同社の新横浜オフィスには100名程のユーザーが勤務されており、日本語と英語を使ってサポートできる方を求めております (外国籍の方約20%)。 6ヶ月以上就業頂けるポジションですので、長期的にご就業頂けます。

Summary:
Looking for a hands-on person with excellent technical and problem solving skills to make sure our operation is running efficiently and flawlessly
- The right candidate will need to have good organizational and communications skills and will need to work with all levels of users, from novice to highly technical
- The person must be a collaborative team member of the Technology Department and be willing to put the time in to get the job done

Responsibilities:
- PC troubleshooting and support helpdesk (phone, ticketing etc.)
- Answering helpdesk calls, and managing the helpdesk ticketing queue
- Installing new PC and Laptops and being able to deploy to users
- Supporting remote access VPN users, using remote tools such as Webex. or remote desktop

Requirements

Requirements:
- 2 ~5 years help desk support experience
- Native in Japanese and business level in English (Read/Write and Speak) a MUST
- Windows 7 and Office 2010 Lotus Notes or Outlook
- Willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment
- SAP basic knowledge (desirable)
