Description

February start for an experienced bilingual IT Consultant for MPS/Mobile phone roll-out at global financial services company.

JD:
Phone Project

  • Receive and action the specific deployment requirements from the client Deployment and Business Engagement Managers
  • Liaise with the Client Deployment and Business Engagement managers as required
  • Provide floor walking and Day 1 support to newly migrated users
  • Provide basic end user training to newly migrated users
  • Preparation and Installation of Polycom handsets and meeting room devices
  • Configuration of the user’s work place as required
  • Handset/Meeting Room device reclaims and storage during the project execution as required by the client
  • Meeting Room/Common area inventory surveys prior to migration
  • Completion of a floor walking checklist to ensure that the user been visited, issues resolved and required equipment installed
  • Hand in the floor walking checklist at the end of each day to the Client Deployment Manager
  • Ensure all issues are logged in the Service Now system
  • Any outages or escalations to be highlighted to the Client Deployment and Business Engagement Manager immediately

MPS Support

  • Escorting HP onsite
  • Arranging for older Fuji Xerox device or any other owned asset of incumbent vendor to be brought offsite in a controlled manner
  • Arranging User Comms with End Users for targeted device
  • Remapping Print Queues once churn out of old MFD or personal device to new device has occurred
  • Creating RFC’s to Print Queues to be Arranged using the Global QiP system
  • After hours or Weekend Support may apply
  • Incident management - Create Snow tickets
  • Assist in testing the new print devices
  • Manage the print storage area allocated effectively

  7. 賃金/Salary: Flexible, 4.8-5.4M yen + overtime

Requirements

Requirements:
- Previous MPS/Mobile phone rollout experience
- Solid IT support and Desktop Support experience
- iOS/Android knowledge

- Strong customer service and support skills
- Able to deal with executives and be able to understand their requirements
- Attention to detail
- Bilingual in Japanese and English skills (both more than Business level)
