Job description -
- Overall management tasks for all project members
- Coordinate meetings between vendors and other teams at different location.
- Manage pending task status and clarify action taker and responsible daily basis
- Check the progress of each task and report blocking issues to related team members
- Manage documents on the SharePoint (announce update information to related member)
- Strong communication/documentation skills in Japanese and English
- Familiar with project life cycle in detail level (Experienced more than 2 similar implementation projects)
- Flexibility, ability to understand priority correctly and understand escalation procedure
- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint etc.)
- Knowledge of any policy administration system
- Knowledge of Japan insurance industry
- Language requirement
- English (Fluent), Japanese (Fluent)
