Outline of Job Description
Overall: Looking for PM person who represents Client-side Project team -support Client project members in various scenes mainly as key interface with IT vendor(s)
Expected workload :
50% from February to end of April (Fit & Gap Phase)
100% from May (design/development and installation about 2 -year period)
Total Duration: Expected to last 2 years (May 2019 – APR 2021) with contract renewal on an ongoing basis(every 3 months).
Main place of work: @Narita(probably 80%)
Mobility requirements: From time to time at client offices at KIX/NGO for short term
Potentially business trip overseas(mainly India)
Report to Project Manager on request basis
Target system: Migration to SAAS from legacy system (dedicated open platform systems-all cargo handling systems)
For communicating to IT vendor, need to create e-mail, powerpoint document and/or Excel files to make them better understand.
Knowledge/experience in logistics & material handling at warehouse(preferred)
Language: Business High level of English - ability to speak, read and write;
Conduct and facilitate teleconf etc. as well as manage day-to-day business level interactions with Client Manager
Additional Details: In many occasions, need to support client as "translator" but need to have own opinion and negotiate with IT vendor (India-based IT vendor) by representing the client.
