A product based client is looking for a Bilingual IT Support Engineer.
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Responsible for maintaining & administering the Desktop / Laptop / Mobile & Network equipments within Client’s Region specific Offices, Branch offices & Stores.
- Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware
- Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations and network issues in a heterogeneous environment
- Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment

Work location: Shinagawa, Tokyo
Salary: 4~4.5M
Requirements
General Skills required in position:
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or EUC Support Technician (this is a must; others we can be a little flexible) who has done....
- Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware
