  1. 責務/Responsibilities
    Account sales for Automotive Key Account (Located in Nagoya)
    To design, execute and control sales project activities in a designated account to fulfil the defined sales objectives and maximize the business for all our products in the designated area, across all sales channels according to the business development programs agreed with supervisor/management / Headquarter.
  2. 業務内容/Job description
    ■Account management:

    - Sales figures achievement
    - Strategy planning
    - Global team setup
    ■Business Development:
    - Understand: customer’s application and organization and our products and company's organization
    - Plan: How to approach to the customer or our target application
    - Action: Coordination of the meeting
    - Review: Conclude the promotion activity (what is next action?)
    - Collect market & customer’s information, TAM/SAM analysis and organization analysis with value chain
    - Enhance and establish relationship with customers
    - Achieve target design-in & win
    ■Delivery & Supply Management:
    - Monitor & achieve the target revenue amount
    - Supply chain follow-up in delivery & quality
    - Predict the supply or delivery risk in advance and take an action to avoid the issue
    ■Project Management:
    - Overall project coordination from the development phase to the production
    phase as account sales. (assigned project)
    - To initiate each event (Design Review Activity or Safe launch activity or etc.)
    for assigned project
    ■Relationship management:
    - To create/keep/deepen relationship with customer and company
    - To coordinate global teaming up for global issue
    - Business review by Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly meeting

  4. 時間外労働/Overtime:
    ■固定残業代制(月40 時間相当の固定残業代として支給 ※超過分支給有。


  1. 必須経験・スキル
    ■Over 10 years’ Sales experience
    ■Over 5 years’ experience in semiconductor area
    ■Over 5 years’ experience in automotive area
    ■Sufficient English skills (telephone conference, e-mail, and face to face communication)
    英語語学力(TOEIC750 以上)
    ■Native Japanese speaker with excellent communication and reporting skills.
    ■Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
    ■Team worker
    ■Logical thinking skill based on fact
