欧州に本社を持つ、外資系メーカーにおける、経理 財務職 (スタッフレベル)職です。

- 3年以上の会計・経理経験とSAP使用経験をお持ちのジュニア~ミッドレベルの候補者を求めております。
- 福岡への出張もございますので、出張可能な方が望ましいです。
- 転職回数が少なく1社で長く働いている方を求めております。



A global maker is looking for a junior Accounting & Financial Administrator to join Tokyo Office. The position fully assists with Finance Manager for managing the accounts receivables and payables of the organization. The position will develop the organization’s budget, prepares financial reports and is involved in directing its investment activities. The position is also responsible for planning the organization’s long-term financial goals and protecting assets.

- Check purchase invoices and employees’ expense reports.
- Post all transactions in SAP (invoices, payments, sales, accrual, advances, etc.).
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Manage petty cash.
- Prepare sales invoices as instructed.
- File all sales and purchase invoices.
- Prepare payments using web banking system.
- Assist the director in the preparation of budgets, year-end closing and monthly closing.

Administration: Control overall office management including but not limited to
- Managing office equipment and supplies.
- Managing office layout.
- Managing property insurance.

- Prepare PC and mobile phone for New Hires.
- Vendor management especially for trouble shooting.



- 3-5 year experience in accounting or related work
- + 5 year experience in multinational company
- Japanese Native and Business level in English (TOEIC more than 800)

- Vender management: i.e. IT vender
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

- Basic knowledge of SAP (Finance and Asset control)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of IT operating system.
