The ideal candidate will be innovative and well versed in multiple recruiting environments, specifically recruiting talent in Japan for Sales, Support and Services.
- Manage a full cycle recruiting process ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
- Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, reference checks, and make salary recommendations.
- Minimum of 10+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Knowledge, preferably experience in, of the enterprise software market
- Experience recruiting for roles in Japan
- Must have experience and demonstrable depth of conceptual knowledge recruiting for:
- Technical Support
- Professional Services
- Program Management
- Partner Enablement
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Ability to maintain organization in a dynamic environment
- Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
- Experience with Jobvite a big plus
