弊社Emerge 360 Japan K.K.における、人材紹介コンサルタント職です。
人材紹介部門はまだまだ少人数で、既存事業の安定拡大と新規事業の展開段階ではありますが、クライアントのバッティングもなく、開拓する余地は十分にあります。
独力で動ける方には自身の経験・スキルを試すのに、ちょうど良い環境となると存じます。

職務内容:
- クライアント開拓
- 既存顧客への人材紹介営業
(Managed Service部門の営業でのインセンティブもあり)

- 企業間契約やオファーレター等の交渉
- 定期的なクライアント コミュニケーション
- 求職者へコンタクトおよびインタビュー、フォローアップ
- 採用プロセスの管理および調整

- Staffing team内でのナレッジシェア(新規求人/候補者)
- 業務改善案、イベント企画等
- 職務に関する寄稿等、その他 必要に応じて

Your Responsibilities:
- Client Development
- Permanent Placement Sales
- Network, self-brand, promote Emerge 360 Japan K.K.
(Introducing other Emerge services to clients which includes Managed Services)

- Work closely with clients to regularly bring in new requirements
- Negotiate employee contracts, terms and conditions and salary
- Interview and qualify candidates
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Effectively manage client expectations during the hiring process

  1. 契約期間/Contract terms: Permanent
  2. 試用期間/Probation period: 3 months
  3. 就業場所/Work location: Meguro office /Kodenmacho office
  4. 就業時間/Work hour: 9:00 - 18:00, 10:00 - 19:00 (flex)
  5. 休憩時間/Break time: 1 hour
  6. 休日/Holiday: Sat & Sun, national holidays
  7. 賃金/Salary: Flexible
    30 hours (in a month) is included as fixed monthly overtime fee

Requirements

必須要件:
- 3年以上の人材紹介 コンサルタント/営業経験 (新規開拓/既存営業)
- 日本国内における業務知識、関連法規の知識
- 日本語が母国語レベルで英語力をお持ちの方
あるいは英語が母国語レベルで日本語力が少しでもある方

Requirements:

- Over 3 years experience in Sales and Client Management as a recruitment consultant
- Local and regional market knowledge including relevant legal provision
- Native level in Japanese and business level in English
or Native level in English and conversational level in Japanese

- Professional, reliable and well-presented
- Outstanding Time Management - you know how to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
