Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle recruitment (sourcing to maintaining relationships with hired personnel)
  • Identify passive candidates through direct recruiting, professional networking, employee referrals, online tools
  • Creatively attract top talent in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Develop strong relationships with internal employees sustaining high retention and employee referrals
  • Utilize and maintain internal ATS to record recruiting activity and on-boarding new hires
  • Set realistic expectations with candidates and hiring managers
  • Effectively manage interviewers and decision-makers to ensure necessary information is received in a timely manner to effectively and efficiently move the selection and hiring process along
  • Weekly recruitment status reporting
  • Participate in other Human Resource activities as needed

Requirements

  • 4年制の大学卒業以上
  • 日本語流暢、英語ビジネスレベル以上
  • 営業もしくはリクルーターとしての経験を5年以上お持ちの方(リクルーティング企業でのご経験も歓迎します)
  • 営業マインドをもってリクルーターとしてキャリア構築をされたい方
  • 目標を達成する意欲をお持ちの方
  • 前向き+ポジティブでコミュニケーション能力に長けている方
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on pharmaceutical professionals (ideally, Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance professionals).
  • Recruiting in-house for a consulting company plus agency recruiting experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to listen, understand and craft accurate job descriptions to best position the opportunities to candidates
  • Strong proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Solid English & Japanese communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Superb follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize workload, and manage time appropriately
