外資系大手FMCG企業における、アクティビティマネジメント コーディネーター (プロジェクト マネジメント)職です。FMCG業界での、ビジネス側のPM経験をお持ちの方を求めております。
Job Summary:
This position manages (1) The company's project management process, and (2) delivery of product innovation and product specification change projects which involve stakeholders including local and regional associates.
This position needs to demonstrate strong x-functional / x-cultural collaboration working style to successfully manage projects with associates with diversity. The position reports to Activity Management Manager
Requirements
Requirements:
- Working experience in managing related Projects and Project Stage Gate process
- Working experience in Activity execution, Change Management processes and Business Operation process (S&OP+) & systems
- Experience in Facilitating and leading Task Force team
- Experience working with sourcing units and A-Pac region
- Understanding FMCG/Company Culture
- Critical Thinking and Cross-Functional perspective
- Native Japanese and Business level English (TOEIC: 750)
